About BoHo Wellness

Hey friends! My name is Jenny and I am a CanFit Pro certified Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor/addict 😁, soon-to-be Certified Healthy Eating + Weight Loss Coach and founder of BoHo Wellness 🤸‍♀️ 

My approach to fitness is all about getting you feeling good first. Then we'll crush goals. My approach to exercise integrates athletic-based, metabolic and strength training movements with active stretching, coordination and balance training. I like to top things off with a healthy dose of tenacity, fun and good vibes! 




Sports have always been a part of my life, happiness and health. In high school I played every sport I could squeeze in but volleyball was where I excelled and I even got to play at the post-secondary + national levels at Humber College and the University of Western Ontario. I'm SO grateful for those sporty years for SO many reasons and I'm quite certain spending all those years on a team of some sort was a big time catalyst for my love of helping people (especially women) tap into their inner champion (excuse the cheese but it's true) and get feeling good! 

Being able to inspire and motivate participants to push a little harder, breathe a little deeper, run a little faster, live a little slower and live their wellness as often as possible, really does bring me so much joy.
